At the beginning of the year, I told myself that I will focus solely on my studies. But as my year progressed, I found myself developing and advancing in my career field, and building the best relationships with my peers and professors. Despite coming to Istanbul 2 years ago, I do still feel like a foreigner sometimes. But at BAU, I found my second home and my second family. I cannot explain the gratitude and pride I feel being a member of this university.
