Be Prepared For The Enrollment!
Before coming to the campus, it is very important to read the enrollment guide which is sent to you along with your Official Acceptance Letter. You can find the necessary documents that you need to prepare on this page as well.
After you reserved your seat by paying the deposit, you will be expected to be present at BAU Beşiktaş South Campus in İstanbul during the registration period mentioned on your Official Acceptance Letter.
Once you arrive to the campus, you can directly visit International Office for guidance. Our team will be ready for you and guide you along the whole process.
First, we will check your documents to make sure that you brought all the necessary ones. If everything is set, our team will guide you regarding the first installment of your annual tuition fee.
Remember, the deposit amount that you already paid will be deducted from the first semester’s installment and you will be expected to complete the rest of the installment in İstanbul to be able to complete the registration process. You may pay the remaining tuition by cash or credit card at the campus. If you are to make a bank transaction, please pay attention on the duration will be needed to receive the payment.
Once the payment confirmation is done, you will be filling out the registration forms and completing your enrollment with the officers of the Student Affairs unit. After the registration is completed, your university e-mail address and student portal login information will be provided. If you do not have a valid language proficiency certificate, the nearest exam date will be given to you and you will be expected to sit for BAU’s language proficiency exams.
Depending on the proficiency exam result, students are either being exempt from the Language Preparatory School or being placed in the preparatory program based on their language level. The results will be announced on the BAU School of Foreign Languages‘ page officially.
Remember, freshman students do not choose their courses. The course assignment will be done automatically in the first year. It is important to check your BAU e-mail inbox and your student portal to catch up everything with your schedule and your assignments.
