“BAU Global” offers BAU students the opportunity to receive education from diverse locations. This is made possible through BAU Global Centers in Berlin, Washington, D.C., Batumi, and North Cyprus. BAU Global allows students to continue their education at any of these centers and provides full support related to the programs.
You can take courses in your department in Istanbul, Berlin, or Washington, D.C. Additionally, toward the end of each academic year, you can apply for BAU’s summer abroad programs. Moreover, the summer abroad program is not limited to BAU students but is open to students from around the world!

Transportation to BAU is very convenient. We provide free shuttle services for our students and staff using our own boats, connecting seven centrally located campuses in Istanbul: Beşiktaş North, Beşiktaş South, Göztepe, Galata, and Kemerburgaz, Balmumcu, Pera. Our boats depart from an area we call BAUPORT on main campus, a dedicated space for our students featuring greenery and a stunning view of the Bosphorus.
The boats operate at scheduled times throughout the day from our private pier, offering a pleasant journey between our campuses in Beşiktaş and Galata. This service helps students avoid Istanbul’s busy traffic while enjoying the sea breeze and fresh air during their commute. Our Galata campus specializes in the Communication Faculty’s work in new media. It offers workshops on digital publishing, game-based learning in journalism, and the entire news production process, from the studio to the newsroom.
Bahcesehir University (BAU) serves not only undergraduate students but also organizes programs for graduate students and prospective candidates.
