Being one of a kind in Turkey, this program has a holistic approach, encompassing all fundamental disciplines in education. The three dimensions of developing the program of an educational process, designing and creating the materials and activities appropriate for the program, and evaluating the program both during and at the end of the program are combined under the same Master’s program. Such a holistic approach is vital for all educational constructions, including the annual educational plan for a single class, the program designed for the course of many years in a subject area like mathematics, and the entire educational system established by institutions that intend to treat education as a single holistic phenomenon from daycare to college. These components are also inevitable for companies in non-educational sectors, if they intend to bring about their employees’ readiness for the job through pre-service education; guarantee their professional development via continuous and meaningful in-service education; and get constant and useful feedback and evaluation about the process and output of the company. In an era when the teaching/learning process has been defined anew, the list of knowledge and skills necessary for our age has been reconstructed from scratch, and fast but still healthy feedback and evaluation is crucial for adaptation to new conditions, this Master’s program has been designed to equip individuals with the most recent and scientific methods needed to accomplish the above-mentioned goals.
