The aim of the program is to train the nurses with a degree in doctor of philosophy that will provide them gain knowledge and skills for conducting research in the field of nursing, and using, implementing, and disseminating the study results with a systematic approach for health promotion and quality management in the healthcare systems.
Nurses are required to be able to take on contemporary roles and responsibilities after the completion of their Doctor of Philosophy dissertation which will be built up to help adopt innovative and new scientific approaches in research.
